Spotify is good because they still give users an experience similar to the paying customers, this appeals to university students or anyone with a low income, therefore being an ideal place to launch a star.
As they have a large selection of songs this means that they cater to a range of audiences due to having so many genres.
Spotify offers a genre and mood section this allows the listeners to select the type of music that they desire. Moods that are offered like 'focus' can be used whilst studying, therefore this section would increase their following.

Overall Spotify would be perfect for us to launch a star because it targets our audience. The amount of users they have is significantly high this would be ideal as we know that our genre will be liked.
